7 Signs You Might Need a Spiritual Coach (And Not in the Way You Think)
Needing support doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It usually means something in you is ready to change.
A lot of people come to me and say some version of, “I don’t even know why I’m here… I just know something feels off.”
And I always think—good. That’s actually the perfect place to begin.
Because spiritual coaching isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about being willing to look at the questions.
You feel lost… but you can’t explain it
From the outside, your life might look completely fine. You’re functioning, showing up, doing what you’re supposed to do.
But internally, something isn’t clicking.
There’s a quiet sense of disconnection. Like you’re moving through your life, but not fully in it. You might find yourself asking, “What am I doing?” or “Why doesn’t this feel right anymore?”
That feeling isn’t random. It’s information.
You keep running into the same patterns
Different people, same outcome.
Different situations, same emotional response.
At a certain point, it stops feeling like a coincidence and starts feeling like something deeper is trying to get your attention.
Most people don’t need more willpower in these moments—they need a new level of awareness. Patterns don’t shift just because we’re tired of them. They shift when we understand what’s underneath them.
You’ve done some healing… and it still hurts
You’ve thought about it. Talked about it. Maybe you’ve even worked through a lot.
And still—there’s something there.
Not as loud as it used to be, but not fully resolved either.
This is where people sometimes get frustrated, because they feel like they’ve “done the work” already. But healing isn’t always linear, and it doesn’t always live in the mind. Some things need a different kind of space to move through.
You’re in the middle of a life shift
Sometimes people come to coaching not because something is broken, but because everything is changing.
A relationship ends. A new path opens. Something you used to rely on no longer fits.
These moments can feel disorienting, even when they’re leading somewhere good. It’s like standing in between versions of yourself—not who you were, but not fully who you’re becoming yet.
That in-between space? It’s real. And it deserves support.
You feel a pull toward “more”
This one is quieter, but powerful.
Nothing is necessarily wrong… but something feels incomplete.
You start thinking about purpose differently. About how you’re spending your time. About whether you’re actually living in alignment with who you are.
You might not have the language for it yet, but you can feel it.
That pull isn’t pressure. It’s direction.
You’re tired of just coping
There comes a point where managing your life isn’t enough anymore.
You don’t just want to get through things—you want to understand them, grow from them, and move forward in a different way.
That shift, from coping to consciously evolving, is where deeper work begins.
You keep saying, “I don’t know what I need”
I hear this all the time, and it’s always said with a little bit of frustration.
But here’s the truth: you’re not supposed to have it all figured out before you reach out.
Part of this work is figuring it out together.
You don’t need a perfectly worded problem or a clear plan. You just need a willingness to explore what’s coming up for you.
What this actually looks like
When people hear “spiritual coaching,” they sometimes expect something abstract or overly mystical.
But the way I work is both intuitive and practical.
We talk. We unpack what’s really going on. We look at patterns, emotions, decisions, and direction. And when it makes sense, I bring in intuitive tools to help you see things from a different perspective.
It’s not about telling you what to do.
It’s about helping you understand yourself well enough to know your next step.
If this is resonating, trust that
If you’ve read this far and something in you is quietly saying, “this is me,” that’s worth paying attention to.
You don’t need to be in crisis to get support.
You just need to be ready for something to shift.
