You must be 18 years of age to use this service, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

In consideration, you covenant and agree that you will forever refrain from instituting, maintaining, prosecuting or in any way aiding or asserting any claim, demand, or cause of action against Mary D’Alba, representatives, successors, transferees, assigns, or any parent or subsidiary organization for any injury, disease, physical or mental condition, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever arising from or related to your use.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation refunds; Transfers only. Appointments may be transferred to another time within 6 months period or to another client. Transfers only valid within 48hrs of appointment. If not within 48 hours, the session will be forfeited.

Late for an Appointment: If you’re more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it’s at the discretion of Mary D’Alba if she conducts the appointment, or decided to reschedule for a later date. No refunds for appointments that are not rescheduled.

No Show Appointments: There is no refund for a no-show for appointment.
