Be the Balanced Leader

Mars in Libra

September 14 - October 30th

Since July 29th, Mars was in the sign of Virgo. The action planet was working hard with creating routines and habits to move your health and work goals forward. (See my video about Mars in Virgo for more info.)

Starting September 14th, we see Mars moving over to spend time with the lovely Libra. Mars wants action and is in touch with their passions. Libra wants balance and harmony. Libra is an air sign so its strengths are communication, discussion and negotiation.

So what does this mean for achieving goals and desires?

If you want to get things done or need new opportunities, work with people to make things happen. Communication (more like negotiation) is what’s going to work in your favor. Efforts alone, while successful, may take longer.

Do you need to partner with a mentor or pitch an idea to a stakeholder?

This is a time to write the email to get in touch with others. Let’s be honest, Mars doesn’t love to be in Libra because Libra is opposite of Mars’s ruling sign and known energy of Aries. Mars gets pushed out of its comfort zone in having to WORK with other people. Mars is the leader, not necessarily the collaborator. But it would serve you well to learn to play well with others. So much more will get done.

Think back to October 29, 2020 through November 10, 2020 or even a little further back to October 5, 2019 - October 30, 2019. What were you getting done? Can you see how your work needed support or help from others? Making connections is the key to your dreams. And don’t fret - you have all the talents to get there, even knowing how to ask for help or align with those that have the same goals.

Bottom Line?

Don’t go it alone. Grab those hands of support and jump forward. With the right people in place, you’ll see that making those connections will be incredibly beneficial. Be confident that you’re tapping the right people - that’s part of your talent in Mars in Libra! When you feel balanced with your tribe, you’re on your way.
