In my travels, there are books I’ve pulled a lot of nuggets from but a few have stayed with me through the years after I’ve put it down. “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz. Living life through the Four Agreements outlined in the book can reduce suffering and change how we interact with people, hence opening our lives to more love and happiness.
